William (Bill) Herald is a Senior Research Director for Customer Lifecycle, LLC. Bill’s responsibilities include teaming with clients to design, deploy, monitor, analyze, report, and present surveys and their results in order to provide actionable feedback from customers, employees, and/or partners.

Bill has over fourteen years of market research experience with CustomerSat/MarketTools, Morpace, The Myers Group, and Maritz Research. This market research experience includes five years working on enterprise feedback management (EFM) projects utilizing a Web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) system, six years of automotive research experience, and over three years of health care experience. His responsibilities have consisted of analytical/statistical work, statistical consulting for both internal and external clients, statistical proactive methodological research, project management, strategic planning, and managing analysts.

Bill has eleven years of full-time, university-level teaching experience at the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Additional experience includes over five years as a senior systems analyst with Owens-Corning Fiberglas and over two years as a statistician for Cooper Tire Company.

His academic education consists of a Bachelor of Science degree (with majors in Mathematics and Computer Science) from BGSU, a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics from BGSU, a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration/Policy from BGSU, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management from Ohio State University.
