Ron is a dynamic researcher with over twenty-five years of experience in excelling in all facets of project management. Ron’s expertise is primarily quantitative projects in the financial services, insurance, technology and media/public affairs sectors. He is recognized for his extensive experience managing ad hoc and major tracking studies both domestically and internationally. Ron’s wealth of experience includes customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, product concept/new product development, consumer behavior and web design research projects. He demonstrates a successfully innovative approach to directing and managing all phases of the research process focusing on the operational aspects of these projects.

Ron served as Vice President and Director of Operations for several years at Total Research Corporation and was directly responsible for the sampling, programming, data collection, IT and data processing departments. While there he was a member of the senior management and quality steering councils for the company. Ron held a similar position at Opinion Research Corporation before joining Total Research.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Tennessee.
